Guangzhou CDG Furniture Co., Ltd. has been in operation since August, 2004. It has been set up to support a collective group of furniture factories as their international marketing arm to assist in identifying and procuring new global markets for their range of products. We have Hong Kong Classic Decor Group Limited Guangzhou Office.
Located just on the outskirt of Guangzhou City, capital of Guangdong Province in Southern China, 2 hours' train trip from Hong Kong, our small yet highly efficient office staffed by energetic and market-orientated workers. We have carved up a niche market for unique brand of service, indirectly asserting our company as a provider of top quality furniture on the world market.
As a result of this unusual arrangement, we have an enviable access to a wide range of premium quality outdoor wicker/rattan/teak furniture as well as related accessories. Furthermore, we are also able to offer our international buyers a selection of sofas/lounges/chaises at inexpensive prices, thereby, assuring total value of money for our esteem clients.
Our factories are situated in Dongguan and Shenzhen cities respectively, within 2 hours' drive from our office in Guangzhou, ensuring our office have full and total control over all related transactions.
Wicker factory has been in active since August, 2006, and is currently servicing selective clients worldwide. Approximately half of our products are OEM manufactured to clients' requirements and specifications. Our production facility boasts floor area of 50000sqm, manned by highly skilled workforce of up to 500 workers. We continue to grow, consolidate and secure new lucrative markets.
Conversely, Sofa factory has an even bigger manufacturing base of approximately 100000sqm, with up to 600 skilled workers. At present, our sofas are sold and distributed to over 90 countries globally.
Although both factories have their own in-house QA controllers, it is the policy of our company to independently conduct our own QA procedures for all our products without exception. This is the best solution to avoid potential conflict of interest and ensuring each entity's business modus operandi is kept separate to the other.
Our QA process involves a 2-phase inspection once during production to ensure specifications are followed. Mistakes or problems picked up here will be attended to and solved immediately. Final inspection is therefore just a formality prior to shipping products out. This is foolproof method to guarantee orders finished and dispatched on time.
As a result of continuous urgings by certain clienteles, we have expanded into glass & metal furniture as well as in glass dining tables and chrome/steel base seats or dining chairs. We have established strong ties with a few selected factories, producing these products and subjecting them to identical QA process as we do with our associated Outdoor and Sofa factories.
We understand fully that time is money and premium quality is paramount to our business and those of our associated factories. Therefore, in all our business undertakings, we leave nothing to chance and attend to each and every requisition on its merit.
